Hormonal Changes
Prenatal stress activates the body's stress response, releasing stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. While these hormones are essential for short-term stress responses, chronic exposure can be harmful.

Immune System Impact
Prolonged stress can affect the immune system, potentially increasing the risk of infections or other health issues for the expectant mother.

Neurological Development For Baby
Your developing baby is sensitive to the hormonal changes associated with maternal stress. Prenatal stress may influence the development of the infant brain and nervous system.
✔️ Better hormonal regulation
✔️ Improved blood pressure and breathing regulation
✔️ Stronger immune response
✔️ Improved emotional regulation and stress response
✔️ Better sleep and improved energy levels
✔️ Optimal development and positioning for your growing baby
After years of caring for pregnant and postpartum families, one thing is clear. There is no single “right” way to experience pregnancy or birth.
Every body is different. Every pregnancy is different. And support should reflect that.
This workshop is designed to help you understand your options, feel more confident in your choices, and support your nervous system through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, even when things do not go exactly as planned.
We will share what we have learned through years of clinical care, along with real experiences from our own pregnancies, and create space for thoughtful conversation, questions, and connection.
You do not have to push through discomfort, exhaustion, or uncertainty alone. This is a space to feel supported, informed, and empowered as you prepare for birth and beyond.

During my pregnancy, I struggled with low back pain and sciatica that made everyday movement uncomfortable. Most days, lying down felt like the only option.
As I continued care, I noticed my body felt more balanced and supported as my pregnancy progressed. The discomfort eased, tension released, and I felt more connected to what my body was doing as it prepared for birth.
I went on to have a natural labor and delivery, and I truly believe the care I received helped my body stay aligned and supported, allowing my baby to move into a good position for a smooth birth.
When my baby was just two days old, we noticed he was struggling to latch on my left side. After learning he was holding tension in his neck and receiving care, his latch improved immediately and we were able to continue breastfeeding successfully.
We have continued weekly care since, and I am so grateful to have had support not only during pregnancy, but for my baby as well. 🤍
